@b4ssmusic: Drum loops you can always use in your productions with no worries, of course only if you bought the product. Same thing with other 'one-shots' such as FX and vocal shots.

@kareem-klas: That's actually NOT the case. Vengeance-Sound has stated in license agreement that sounds can only be used in non-commercial music production (so technically not royalty-free) ... people have contacted them about this and Vengeance-Sound has said to them that they don't want people using loops in commercial productions because that will cause the hassle of 'who created this', etc.. That's why if you plan to use a loop in something you release commercially, you should definitely modify it somehow and mix it, so that it's unique (for example Martin Garrix did that; beginning of Animals is actually just one Vengeance loop but it's modified). Also, some dude contacted reFX and they said that they don't have problem with people using one-shots (like FXs, drums and other stuff) in commercial releases if they've bought the product, but loops are still a bit of a problem... In order to use them commercial way, apparently you have to be creative with them.

@bertwillemse: These are royalty-free products. You buy them and use them for whatever you want, no copyright issue. WARNING: This means someone else can use that same midi and release a song. You cannot sue that person because you have both the rights to use it.
